CSG and Reunert have agreed to establish a new Slovakia-based business, Fuchs Electronics Europe, focused on producing electronic fuzes for large-calibre ammunition. Reunert will own 51% and CSG 49% of the business. The venture will combine Fuchs Electronics’ proven fuze technology and expertise with CSG’s manufacturing infrastructure, regulatory experience and European market access.

The new business will support the growing demand for modern artillery ammunition in Europe, while strengthening supply chain security and European defence manufacturing capacity. Production will be located at CSG’s ZVS Dubnica nad Váhom site in Slovakia, with the business expected to become self-sufficient within about three years and deliver value for both shareholders.
